PRIORITY 45 (2022-1-PT01-KA220-ADU-000087183) is a co-funded Erasmus+ project, which aims to upskill +45 adults through creativity, innovation and cooperation, in order to help them adapt in a changeable and volatile labour market.
On the 30th of March 2023, was held the first in-person encounter of the project in Coimbra, hosted by SHINE2 Europe, in which the partners had the opportunity to know each other better and to manage different aspects of the project development face to face.
Partners were able to update and share the different results of the consultation workshops carried out in the different countries of the consortium: Portugal, Italy, Spain, Greece and Slovenia.
It was also a good occasion to invite stakeholders and show them the information that partners have collected so far with the initial research and to discuss what are the main difficulties and needs in the in the labour market for +45 adults. The participants shared very interesting ideas that will be very useful and take into account for the next steps of the project: the Priority 45 Joint Curriculum.
