On March 23rd, the consultation workshop in Spain was done with 5 participants with different backgrounds and experiences. The participants gave their opinion about the skills and abilities that a person over 45 usually has and they compare which are the most important nowadays. During the workshop, they analyse the current situation of people beyond 45 in their jobs after COVID-19 and how everything has changed.
Finally, the participants gave feedback about the “Priority45 Competency map” and agreed with the results. It is considered that the competency map was validated by the Spanish workshop.
During the next months, we will develop the Joint Curriculum of the project! Stay tuned!
