19 participants attended the workshops which lasted for 1,5 hours in Slovenia on 21st march 2023. It included participants coming from the sector of interest, some of them work in educational, others in entrepreneurship sector from Slovenia, North Macedonia, Cyprus and Germany, some of them are managers and 8 of them belonged to the group of employed people over 45. 

The results were the following: all groups agreed that the most important skills are social skills which was put into the circle with the most important competencies, skills and knowledge. The skills they also considered important were: emotional intelligence, work ethics, team work, trust, critical thinking, adaptability and active learning and learning.  

A bit less important that were pointed out were: problem solving, creativity, leadership,  

The least important skill for most of the participants was emotional intelligence.
