Recently, Tomás Puebla, an international project coordinator, attended a radio interview on the local radio in Yecla to present Priority 45 project.

There, information on the initiative, which aims to promote the upskilling and reskilling of 45+ adults, was shared. This project arises in response to the COVID-19 crisis, which has changed considerably the labour market, including the loss of several jobs and the implementation of new technologies, such as teleworking.

During the interview, Tomás offered a very clear vision of the challenges 45+ adults must face in the labour market. Many of them have lost their jobs due to the pandemic, while others have had to adapt to new technologies and skills to stay competitive in their workplace. To face this situation, Priority 45 project has committed to supporting and offering opportunities to reskill this demographic group.
