The PRIORITY45 was presented by Juliana Louceiro (SHINE) in Portugal, on May 7th in the International Conference Building Sustainable and Participatory Environments, in Porto, Portugal. Co-organised by SHINE 2Europe and the University of Porto and with almost 100 attendees it was the perfect place to share the project results.
Our project was presented during the Panel of “Addressing literacies, skills & lifelong learning” which is compatible with P45 aims, because adults 45+ are one of the most neglected groups in companies. During this panel was also mentioned how technologies can be helpful for adults to keep on learning, due to the flexibility they can give to the user.
The International Conference Building Sustainable and Participatory Environments discussed a lot about inclusion and how to create inclusive environments, which is totally aligned with P45 that also aims to combat discrimination of adults 45+ in the workplace.
We are happy that we had the opportunity to present our project during this conference and very proud of the feedback received!
